Your license is your account. Sign in inside the desktop app with your purchase email — the license is fetched and bound to your machine automatically. Seats, billing and subscriptions live in the merchant portal, under the same email.

The account portal is hosted by Polar — our merchant of record. Everything you bought lives there:

- ✓Subscription — add, switch or cancel Studio / Frontier
- ✓Billing — invoices, payment method, email address
- ✓Quick Action packs — owned packs and their update window
Download Keystone
The desktop app installs like any other — download, open, sign in. Your license is fetched from your account automatically.
Keystone works offline. Open your projects, review documents, run test-fits and schemes, change palettes, create new projects — on a plane or a site visit. AI runs, map tiles and site lookups need a connection. Licensed seats install on up to 2 machines each with self-service deactivation, and the license itself rides out 30 days between checks.
Activate in the app
No license file hunting, no key paste:
Install & open Keystone — it boots in demo mode.
Click your account label (bottom-left) and sign in with your purchase email.
Done — the license auto-binds to this machine and unlocks your tier.
Prefer manual? Your license key is in the account portal — the in-app panel accepts it directly.
Something off?
License not fetching, seat moves, refunds, invoices with a different billing entity — write us and include your account email. We answer fast; licensed firms on Studio/Frontier get priority.
